What you can and cannot do with the Playbook
The Prestige Prompt Playbook is original work © 2026 Wamaiya Benefield / Qzari Digitals. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, single-user license — it does not transfer ownership of the content.
You may
- Use every prompt in the vault for your own projects, on any AI platform you like (Lovable, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others).
- Build and sell your own apps, ebooks, digital products and websites created with help from the prompts.
- Adapt and rewrite the prompts for your own niche, brand and voice.
- Use the checklists, build plans and sprint framework for your own business, in-house team notes and client work you personally deliver.
- Quote a short excerpt when you credit “The Prestige Prompt Playbook by Wamaiya Benefield / Qzari Digitals”.
You may not
- Share, resell, gift, sublicense or give away your login. One purchase = one person.
- Copy, export, screenshot, scrape or republish the playbook content, prompt library or page text anywhere — including courses, PDFs, Notion templates, newsletters, Etsy listings or paid communities.
- Rebrand or repackage the playbook (in whole or in part) as your own product, template, membership or bonus.
- Use the content to train, fine-tune or seed an AI model, chatbot or dataset.
- Remove, hide or alter the watermarks, copyright notices or branding.
- Recreate a competing prompt library or membership that substantially copies this structure, wording or organization.
Your license
On purchase you receive one personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single individual. Team, agency or classroom use requires a separate written agreement — email us and we'll sort it out.
Who owns what
All playbook text, prompts, checklists, frameworks, artwork, branding and page design remain the exclusive property of Wamaiya Benefield / Qzari Digitals. Anything you create using the prompts belongs to you.
Monitoring & enforcement
Member pages carry a personalized watermark, and views plus copy, print and capture attempts are logged against the signed-in account. Breaching these terms ends your access immediately, with no refund, and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.
Payments & refunds
Because access is granted instantly to digital content, all sales are final. Refunds and chargebacks revoke access straight away. Duplicate or accidental charges are always honored — just reach out.
No guarantees
The playbook is educational. Results depend on your effort, market and execution — no specific income or outcome is promised. Third-party tools mentioned have their own terms and pricing.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the playbook grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
